Software-related issues, including installation, updates, or compatibility issues.

Software Transferability

Any software licenses associated with the equipment may be transferable only with the prior approval of the software owner or licensor. Seller and Seller’s Agent make no representation or guarantee that such approval will be granted. Buyer acknowledges that software transfer, re-licensing, activation, or continued use is subject solely to the terms and policies of the applicable licensor and may require additional fees or agreements.

local, state, and federal regulations for use in their jurisdiction.
