Compact, fully-instrumented chromatography skid for pilot-scale biopharmaceutical purification. Originally manufactured by Amersham Pharmacia Biotech (now Cytiva), this self-contained system includes integrated column, gradient pump, premium Coriolis flow measurement, and full process monitoring (UV, pH, conductivity, air sensing).

• Amersham Pharmacia Biotech BPG 100/500 chromatography column (Code 44-5504-21, 100mm ID × 500mm bed height, ~3.9L max bed volume)
• LEWA EcoDos EEC 0025 S13 metering pump (25 L/h @ 50Hz, 2001, Germany)
• Endress+Hauser Promass A Coriolis mass flow meter (DN04 ½" tri-clamp, 1.4539 super-austenitic stainless, 160 bar, 200°C)
• 4-channel monitoring rack: dual conductivity, pH, UV transmitters
• Air sensor transmitter
• Multiple pneumatic solenoid valves with position feedback (ZSO series)
• 2x Allen-Bradley VFDs (pump speed control)
• Inline bubble trap, pH probe holder, UV/conductivity flow cells
• Custom industrial control cabinet with DIN rail terminal blocks (50+ I/O)
• Local operator panel with E-Stop
• Stainless steel mobile cart with locking casters

Service History: GE Healthcare OptiRun service maintained through December 2019.

Applications: Pilot-scale protein purification, mAb downstream processing, vaccine purification, process development, academic protein production, pre-clinical/clinical Phase I material.

Condition: Used, well-maintained. Skid surfaces clean. All major components present. Some minor surface oxidation around base of LEWA pump (cosmetic). Inspection welcome.
